Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Do we ship abroad?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions all year round, we keep you up to date with exclusive offers.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you've already received. Once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
In the case of a refund, you can alert us to your refund via email@example.com. We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, the refund will be sent to you automatically

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants, custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
